Prices:- All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change on publication of new price lists without prior notice and orders are invoiced at prices current at time of despatch.
All initial orders will be on proforma basis.
• Initial minimum order value £200 thereafter £100 for reordering, orders under £100 see below.
Small Order Premium:- For Purchase requests that fall below £100 (excluding VAT) a Small Order Premium will be charged at £3.00. The Small Order Premium will only be available for deliveries to businesses within the UK mainland. This service is only available for existing & established customers, restrictions apply. This service may be withdrawn at any time without prior consultation. All orders under £150 excluding VAT cannot be placed on a 25 day credit account and will need to be paid on a proforma basis before goods will be despatched.
Back Order System:- Zilver Designs does not operate a back order system. All items not delivered if still required will need to be included in your next purchase request.
Delivery Charges:- Mainland UK – Purchase requests in excess of £275 (excluding VAT) delivered within the UK Mainland will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE. Purchase requests with the value of less than £275 (excluding VAT) will be subject to £8.25 Postage and Packing.

Exports:- Export delivery charges will be charged at cost. Please enquire
Disruption to normal delivery services:- In the event of disruption to our normal delivery services Zilver Designs reserve the right to alter delivery charges. Zilver Designs cannot accept liability for loss resulting from late delivery or non delivery of goods.
Customer Credit Accounts:- Upon completion of an Account Application Form and subsequent approval by Zilver Designs a 25 day credit account may be opened. Credit accounts will not be opened for anyone other than U.K. mainland. Credit Accounts are strictly 25 days, failure to settle within this time will result in subsequent orders reverting to a proforma basis. Credit accounts can only be utilized on orders over £150 excluding VAT. Orders falling below £150 excluding VAT will not be placed onto Zilver Designs 25 day accounts and will have to be paid for on a proforma basis. All collection fees incurred by Zilver Designs in the recovery of overdue accounts will be passed on to the customer. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2.5% per month or at our discretion 8% over government base rate which may change from time to time.
Specification:- Any illustration of a product or description of size, dimension, style, weight is given in good faith, many items are hand made with natural stones and therefore cannot be guaranteed as illustrated.
Damaged / Faulty products:- In the unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged/faulty, it must be reported to Zilver Designs within 3 working days of receipt of delivery accompanied by full details of the order date and invoice number. Products must be returned within 7 working days and Proof of posting will be required in the unlikely event of the returned product not being received by Zilver Designs.
Items will only be credited provided the damage occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be credited. The issuing of credit notes is at the discretion of Zilver Designs Limited. Zilver Designs does not offer sale or return arrangements.
Credits / Replacements:- Any Items that have been returned to Zilver Designs and subsequently deemed as faulty / damaged will be credited to the customers account accordingly.
Replacements will only be issued by Zilver Designs if it is deemed to be financially viable. All decisions made by Zilver Designs will be final.
Clause for Retention of Title:- Upon delivery of any goods to the ‘The Purchaser’ the risk shall pass but Zilver Designs shall remain legal owner of them until such time as ‘The Purchaser’ has paid to Zilver Designs the full price thereof and full price of any other goods the subject of any other contact of sale between ‘The Purchaser’ and Zilver Designs. ‘The Purchaser’ acknowledges that until such time, ‘The Purchaser’ is in possession of the goods solely as bailee for Zilver Designs and shall store the goods separately from his own goods in such a fashion so it can be readily identifiable by Zilver Designs. Partners/Directors of the Purchasing company agree to be personally liable for the debts should ‘The Purchaser’ be unable to pay or cease to trade. In such an event the Title of the Goods can not be transferred to cover debts owed to other companies, organisations or institutions and remains the property of Zilver Designs. You are advised to insure against ALL risks.
